Occupational regulations
German patent attorneys adhere to the principles of the German Patentanwaltsordnung (PatAnwO), the „Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte“ (BOPA) which can be accessed at www.patentanwalt.de. The European patent attorneys follow the code of professional conduct of EPI (Standesregeln der vor dem Europäischen Patentamt zugelassenen Vertreter) which can be accessed at www.patentepi.com.
Dispute resolution
We do not take part in online dispute resolutions at consumer arbitration boards.
